Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting Graduate Teaching Assistants in Newcastle to support schools and help students succeed in the classroom. As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will gain valuable hands-on classroom experience while supporting teachers and helping students develop academically and socially.
Key Responsibilities- Support teachers during lessons and classroom activities
- Provide 1:1 support and small group support for students
- Assist with classroom management and behaviour support
- Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Encourage student engagement, confidence, and participation
- Support students who may need additional help with learning
- A bachelor's degree in any subject
