Responsibilities
- Support students across Key Stages 3 and 4 in the classroom.
- Work closely with teachers to deliver engaging and inclusive lessons.
- Provide 1:1 and small group academic support.
- Support students with varying learning needs and abilities.
- Help maintain a positive and focused learning environment.
- Gain valuable experience in behaviour management and lesson delivery.
Qualifications
- A degree (2:1 or above preferred, all subjects considered).
- A genuine interest in education and supporting young people.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive, patient, and positive attitude.
- Experience working with young people (desirable but not essential).
Eligibility Requirements
- Hold Right to Work in the UK.
- Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the update service or be willing to apply for a new one.
- Provide two professional child-related references.
