Salary: £100 - £115 per day

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30 - 3.30pm

Are you a recent graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in a secondary school before progressing into teacher training, educational psychology, or youth work? We are working with a welcoming and supportive secondary school in Bolton that is committed to developing aspiring education professionals. Responsibilities

  • Support students across Key Stages 3 and 4 in the classroom.
  • Work closely with teachers to deliver engaging and inclusive lessons.
  • Provide 1:1 and small group academic support.
  • Support students with varying learning needs and abilities.
  • Help maintain a positive and focused learning environment.
  • Gain valuable experience in behaviour management and lesson delivery.

Qualifications

  • A degree (2:1 or above preferred, all subjects considered).
  • A genuine interest in education and supporting young people.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive, patient, and positive attitude.
  • Experience working with young people (desirable but not essential).

Eligibility Requirements

  • Hold Right to Work in the UK.
  • Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the update service or be willing to apply for a new one.
  • Provide two professional child-related references.
