How to prepare for a job interview at senploy

✨Know Your SEND Stuff

Make sure you brush up on your knowledge of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). Be ready to discuss specific strategies you've used in the past to support students with different needs. This shows that you’re not just familiar with the theory, but you can apply it in real-life situations.

✨Tailor Your Lesson Plans

Prepare to talk about how you would create personalised lesson plans for each student. Think about examples where you've adapted your teaching style to meet individual learning gaps. This will demonstrate your ability to be flexible and responsive to each student's unique requirements.

✨Showcase Your Communication Skills

Since you'll be working closely with students and their families, highlight your communication skills. Be ready to share examples of how you've provided constructive feedback in the past and how you keep parents informed about their child's progress. This is key in building trust and rapport.

✨Be Ready for Practical Scenarios

Expect some scenario-based questions during the interview. They might ask how you would handle a particular situation with a student. Think through a few scenarios beforehand, focusing on your problem-solving skills and how you would foster independence in your students.
