Senploy is seeking an experienced Behaviour Mentor to support pupils with SEND at a Gateshead school on a full-time basis. You will provide 1:1 support for a pupil with complex ASC needs and help with communication, emotional regulation and engagement in learning.
You will implement structured routines and behaviour support strategies, assist with personal care where required, and work closely with teachers, the SENCO and external professionals to maintain a calm, inclusive classroom.
