Are you an experienced and committed Behaviour Mentor with a passion for supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)? We are working in partnership with a welcoming and forward-thinking SEND school that is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to support pupils with a range of behaviour needs on a full-time basis.

The Role

  • Provide 1:1 support for a pupil with complex ASC needs
  • Support communication, emotional regulation, and engagement in learning
  • Implement structured routines and behaviour support strategies
  • Assist with personal care where required, ensuring dignity and safety
  • Work closely with class teachers, the SENCO, and external professionals
  • Contribute to a calm, safe, and inclusive learning environment
