Responsibilities:
- Raising and processing purchase orders (POs)
- Managing invoices and supporting the payment process
- Using Google Sheets to track budgets, spend, and financial data
- Supporting day-to-day finance administration
- Liaising with suppliers and internal staff
- Assisting with reconciliations and general finance duties
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a school finance/admin role
- Strong working knowledge of Bromcom
- Confident using Google Sheets / Excel
- Experience with purchase orders and invoicing
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
