  • Providing direct classroom and 1:1 support when required

About You:

  • A relevant Teaching Assistant qualification, ideally Level 3 or above
  • Experience supporting or guiding other Teaching Assistants
  • A strong understanding of SEND provision and inclusive teaching strategies
  • Knowledge of EHCPs, individual support plans and SEN interventions

  • An opportunity to take on a senior role within a primary school
  • The chance to support the development of both pupils and staff
  • A varied role combining direct pupil support with wider SEN responsibilities
  • Support from a dedicated education recruitment consultant
