- Benefit from dedicated 1:1 support
Responsibilities include:
- Planning and delivering pre-formal learning experiences that promote engagement and communication.

- Monitoring progress and adapting teaching to celebrate every step forward.
We’re looking for someone who understands that specialist teaching is about much more than delivering lessons.
You’ll ideally have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Experience teaching pupils with Autism Spectrum Condition and complex SEND.
- Knowledge of pre-formal or sensory-based learning approaches.
- Experience supporting non-verbal pupils and alternative communication methods such as PECS.
