You don't need to have worked in a school or as an SEN Teaching Assistant before. What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting students with additional needs, including autism, ADHD and SEMH
- Working one‑to‑one and with small groups of pupils
- Encouraging positive engagement with learning
- Helping students develop confidence, independence and social skills
- Supporting emotional regulation and positive behaviour strategies
- Working closely with teachers, SENCOs and pastoral teams
