Banquo Care Services is a newly established, CQC-registered provider delivering high-quality, person-centred care across London and various other locations within the county like south and west of London. We specialise in supporting children, young people and adults with learning disabilities, autism, complex needs, and challenging behaviour to live safely and independently in their own homes. Our focus is on continuity of care and long-term relationships, not 'agency-style' temporary placements – we provide the best care by supporting and developing the best staff. Our aim is to deliver the best care by building small teams to care for people in their own community, providing a continuity of care.

We are seeking compassionate, dedicated and skilled Support Workers / Care Assistants to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide care tailored to the individual needs of the people we support, including assisting with daily living tasks.
  • Support individuals in the community.
  • Manage behaviours that challenge.
  • Provide waking night and live-in support where required.

Who we're looking for:

  • Experienced support workers or care assistants.
  • Confident working with children and young people with complex needs, learning disabilities and autism.
  • Knowledge of or training in challenging behaviour support / PBS / autism awareness is desirable.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours including waking nights and/or live-in care.
  • Excellent communication skills and commitment to person-centred care.
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Additional training such as MAKATON, PECS, AAC communication skills.
