We are currently seeking experienced Tutors with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) to provide 1:1 educational support to students in Swindon. At Prospero Teaching, we work closely with local authorities, mainstream schools, and SEND teams in the Swindon area and specialise in providing qualified and experienced tutors to support children in looked‑after care (LAC/CLA), pupils in mainstream schools that require additional educational support, and young people who are not currently accessing mainstream education.
We are expanding our team of tutors who will deliver 1:1 and small‑group support. Successfully appointed tutors will provide core subject support (English, Maths & Science) and will work anywhere from 2 to 30 hours per week. Sessions will take place face‑to‑face at students’ homes, schools, and potentially local community hubs, and tutors must be willing to travel and available to work online when required. You will receive information on the student’s ability and targets, but you will also be expected to gather your own resources and deliver the curriculum you deem fit based on your observations.
