Education Supply Pool are looking for Student Teachers within Ebbw Vale and its surrounding areas. If you are currently, or going to start your PGCE / BA in Education with QTS and you are wanting to experience different schools, who are also looking to retain flexibility around their work and those wanting to sharpen their skills before embarking on a more permanent placement then registering with ESP would be a great place to start. Holding a valid UK driver's license would increase opportunities for work.
The successful candidate:
- Are you on course to obtain Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), a PGCE or a BA in Education?
- Have a minimum 3-month experience of teaching within a UK Primary or Secondary School.
- Be able to deal with challenging behaviour and maintain discipline.
- Plan innovative and creative lessons with the correct Education and Training.
- Liaise with other staff members to deliver curriculum.
- Maintain necessary assessment of pupils.
- Be able to inspire and motivate pupils.
