We are seeking enthusiastic and committed Teaching Assistants to join a Ofsted-rated "Good" Primary School.
Responsibilities
- Support pupils with SEN to access learning and the wider curriculum
- Help with emotional regulation and positive behaviour strategies
- Promote independence, confidence, and self-esteem
- Work closely with teachers and SENCOs to deliver support plans
- Provide consistent support throughout the day, including breaks and enrichment activities
- Support pupils with additional needs and apply relevant qualifications as required (desirable)
- Maintain a calm, patient, and encouraging approach
- Show genuine passion for inclusive education and supporting emotional wellbeing
- Collaborate effectively as part of a team and communicate with staff and families
- Hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
