Key Responsibilities:
- Support & Adaptation: Work alongside the class teacher to support the planning and delivery of engaging activities that meet the individual needs of pupils with SEN.
- Classroom Support: Help maintain a positive, structured learning environment by using effective behaviour management strategies and providing consistent, calm support.
- Individualised Assistance: Provide 1:1 or small-group support to help pupils access learning, develop skills, and build confidence.
