We are seeking a dedicated, motivated, and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our supportive and forward‑thinking secondary school team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting teaching and learning across the school, working closely with teachers to raise attainment, promote inclusion, and support pupils with a range of needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering lessons and interventions to individuals, small groups, or whole classes
  • Supporting pupils across a range of abilities, including those with SEN and additional needs
  • Assisting with lesson planning, assessment, and pupil progress tracking
  • Managing behaviour positively in line with school policies
