We are hiring for multiple Children's Residential Support Worker positions in the Chesterfield area.

Shift Patterns
- Day Shifts: 07:00am - 22:00pm
- Night Shifts: 21:30pm - 10:00am
- Shift Pattern: 3 days on / 3 days off
About the Role
The home supports children and young people with a range of additional needs, including:
- Special Educational Needs & Disabilities
- Sensory impairments
- Mental health needs
- Challenging behaviours
The service works closely with Ofsted to ensure every child receives the highest standard of care and support. Each young person is treated as an individual, with care tailored to their personal needs, interests and goals. The team strives to create an environment where every child feels safe, valued and able to be themselves.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience within children’s residential care or support work is preferred, however it is not essential. We welcome applicants with transferable skills and experience from backgrounds such as:
- Care & support work
- SEND education
- Youth work
- Mental health support
- Sports coaching
- Residential care
- Nursing or healthcare
- Security or behaviour support roles
Most importantly, we are looking for compassionate, resilient and reliable individuals who are passionate about supporting young people.
