Your responsibilities
- Support pupils individually and in small groups.
- Help teachers deliver accessible learning activities.
- Encourage participation, communication and independence.
- Support pupils during lessons, breaks and transitions.
- Record and communicate observations to the teaching team.
What we're looking for
- Experience supporting children or young people with additional needs.
- A patient, dependable and adaptable approach.
- Confidence responding calmly to challenging situations.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Experience as a Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant, Support Worker or Behaviour Mentor is particularly relevant.
