About the role.

Hours: Full-Time, Part-time, Flexible, Temporary or Permanent
Responsibilities:
- Support children and teachers with general classroom assistance.
- Assist children across age groups from Foundation Phase to Key Stage 2.
- Provide 1:1 support to children with additional learning needs.
- Work with small groups of children and manage intervention work.
- Adapt and work well with different age groups and school settings.
Ideal Candidate:
- Enthusiastic, hardworking, and eager to help in all areas and use initiative.
- Good communication skills with children, teachers, and parents.
- Ability to build professional relationships in the school environment.
- Team player who can bring new ideas and work well with staff.
- Confident in providing 1:1 support to children with additional learning needs.
Requirements:
- Enhanced DBS (Child Only) check completed before commencing.
- EWC registration - mandatory in Wales.
- Experience working with children or as a Teaching Assistant is desirable.
