We are seeking a committed HLTA to support and guide pupils of all abilities, including those with SEN, SEMH, and ADHD, helping them thrive daily in a positive, engaging environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead 1:1 and small group interventions to support learning and development
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons under the guidance of the class teacher
- Support pupils' academic, social, and emotional progress across the curriculum
- Promote and maintain a calm, positive, and inclusive classroom environment
- Experience teaching classes set out by the teacher
- Flexible, proactive, and confident in leading learning and interventions
- Experience supporting pupils with SEN, SEMH, ADHD, and behavioural needs
- Positive, patient, and resilient approach to helping pupils thrive
- School or youth work experience
- Enhanced DBS (on Update Service) required
- HLTA qualified or working towards Level 4 TA status is desirable but not essential
