About Us: M&M Supply is a trusted education recruitment agency dedicated to connecting passionate Education Staff with outstanding schools. We work with a range of Special Educational Needs schools across Taunton, ensuring that students receive high-quality education even in the absence of permanent staff. The school offers education to students aged 5 - 11 who all have EHCP's. The school provides outdoor education, enrichment activities, forest school, art and development of emotional literacy and communication skills being an integral part of a young person's experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing 1:1 or 2:1 support to pupils in a nurturing environment
- Facilitating learning and emotional development through structured activities and community-based experiences.
- Supporting students with EHCPs
- Acting as a positive role model, helping pupils build resilience, self-esteem, and social skills.
- Collaborating with teachers, mentors, and external professionals to ensure holistic support is in place.
A Day In The Life:
- Throughout the day, you'll support learning, lead enrichment activities, and accompany students on community outings.
- At the end of the day, you'll ensure a safe return home, closing the loop on a day full of growth and connection.
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Team Teach/Positive Behaviour Management Training (Desirable, but not required)
