A specialist education provider in Wythenshawe is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Intervention Practitioner for 1:1 support of pupils with significant emotional and behavioural needs. The ideal candidate will have experience working with young people exhibiting challenging behaviour and possess resilience and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities include:

  • Implementing individual support plans
  • Fostering positive relationships to enhance pupils' emotional regulation and engagement in learning
