A large and well-regarded secondary school in Northumberland is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Psychology Graduate to join the team as a Graduate Teaching Assistant.
About the role
- Support students across KS3 and KS4 in lessons
- Provide 1:1 and small group support
- Work closely with students who may need additional emotional or academic support
- Help manage behaviour and engagement in the classroom
- Support students with SEND, including ASD and ADHD
- Work alongside teachers and pastoral staff to support progress and wellbeing

Salary & working conditions
£92.63 – £110.18 per day (PAYE). Full‑time. Immediate and September starts available. Weekly pay. FREE access to our CPD Academy. Opportunities for long‑term or permanent roles. Ongoing support from a dedicated consultant. All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
