A brand‑new SEN school in West Drayton is recruiting SEN Teachers to join their expanding team on a permanent, full‑time basis. This is a term‑time role with the option of an ASAP start for the right candidate.

This independent specialist provision supports primary and secondary pupils aged 5‑16 with a diagnosis of Autism. The school is led by an innovative, forward‑thinking Headteacher who is currently expanding the Secondary phase as part of a wider growth plan. With ambitions to become a multi‑site school serving over 100 pupils, this is a setting with vision, momentum and a clear commitment to excellence. The school is based in a purpose‑built, spacious and green environment, just 10 minutes from West Drayton's Elizabeth Line station, and features specialist sensory and therapeutic spaces designed to help children flourish.
