Responsibilities

  • Deliver a highly structured, differentiated curriculum for pupils with autism and associated needs, adapting teaching strategies to meet individual EHCP outcomes.
  • Strong behaviour management skills essential to support emotional regulation and engagement.
  • Work with small classes, collaborate closely with support staff and contribute to a safe, positive and inclusive learning environment where pupils can make meaningful progress.
