You’ll be stepping into classrooms to ensure learning continues when teachers are absent.
Responsibilities- Delivering structured lessons using pre-set materials
- Keeping students engaged, focused, and on task
- Managing behaviour in a calm, consistent way
- Following school systems and expectations
- Feeding back to teaching staff after lessons
