As a Cover Supervisor, you'll be responsible for maintaining continuity of learning in the absence of a teacher. This includes:
- Supervising classes using pre-prepared lesson materials
- Keeping students on task and engaged throughout the lesson
- Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies
- Following school procedures and expectations
- Reporting back to teaching staff on lesson progress
