A secondary school in Becontree, Barking and Dagenham is looking for a SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with additional needs across the school. This is a long‑term role available to start as soon as possible. This role is ideal for someone who can support learning, manage pupil relationships professionally and help students access the classroom without adding pressure to teachers.

What the role involves:

  • Supporting pupils with SEN, EHCPs, ASD or SEMH needs
  • Working across lessons with teachers and support staff
  • Helping pupils stay focused and regulated
  • Providing consistent classroom and small group support
