Senovo is recruiting a School Occupational Therapy Assistant for a specialist education setting in Hackney. Working alongside qualified therapists and school staff, you will help pupils practise functional, sensory and independence skills across the school day.
What you will do
- Deliver delegated occupational therapy activities and classroom strategies.
- Support fine‑motor, self‑care, sensory and participation programmes.
- Prepare equipment, maintain clear records and report pupil responses.
- Help staff apply agreed therapeutic approaches consistently in daily routines.
About you
- Relevant experience in therapy support, SEN education, health or care.
- Good observation, communication and organisational skills.
- QTS is not required for this therapy-support role.
Pay: £110–£145 per day PAYE. Contract: Full time. Location: Hackney.
