We are working with a structured SEMH school in Romford, Havering looking for a Behaviour Support TA who can handle challenge without escalating situations. This is not a passive classroom support role. This is a permanent position starting in September 2026.

You will be supporting pupils who need clear boundaries, calm adults and consistent routines. The school is looking for someone who can build trust, manage behaviour professionally and work alongside experienced staff.
