Responsibilities:

  • Support pupils with complex additional needs including ASD, PMLD or EHCP‑linked needs.
  • Help pupils access learning and daily routines.
  • Work closely with SEN teachers, therapists and support staff.
  • Provide consistent, patient and reliable support.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in SEN, care, support work, school or youth work.
  • Comfortable with practical support and communication.
  • Strong communication, patience, resilience and the ability to remain calm and consistent.
