We are supporting a high-performing secondary school to appoint a SEND Teaching Assistant to join its established SEND department. This role is ideal for someone who wants to work closely with pupils who have a range of special educational needs, supporting both academic progress and personal development in and beyond the classroom.

The Role

You will work as part of a SEND support team, providing in-class and out-of-class support to students with identified SEND needs. This includes 1:1 support, small group interventions, and contributing to a positive, structured learning environment. You will play a key role in helping pupils engage with learning, regulate behaviour, and make meaningful progress.
