We are working with a structured secondary school in Poplar, Tower Hamlets looking for a SEMH Teaching Assistant who can handle challenge without escalating situations. The school needs someone who can stay calm when pupils test boundaries. This is a permanent position starting in September 2026. You will be supporting pupils who need clear boundaries, calm adults and consistent routines.
