A specialist SEN setting in Hendon, Barnet is looking for a Complex Needs Teaching Assistant to support pupils with complex additional needs. This is a hands-on SEN role for someone confident supporting pupils with more complex needs.

What the role involves:

  • Supporting pupils with complex needs, ASD, PMLD or EHCP-linked needs
  • Helping pupils access learning and daily routines
  • Working closely with SEN teachers, therapists and support staff
  • Providing consistent, patient and reliable support
