We are working with a specialist SEN setting in Kingston upon Thames seeking an Autism Support Assistant to support pupils with autism and communication needs.

The role requires someone who understands autism beyond just having it written on a CV: patient, structured, and able to support pupils who may need visual routines, sensory support and calm communication.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting pupils with ASD and communication needs

Requirements
