Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant – Hounslow
Senovo is building a shortlist for current and upcoming temporary SEN assignments in Hounslow from now through December 2026. This is a candidate-attraction campaign covering suitable local opportunities, not one named school vacancy. The exact setting, timetable and pupil profile will always be discussed before your CV is submitted.
Working pattern: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Pay: £100–£120 per day PAYE
Location: Hounslow
Contract: Temporary, school-based and on-site
The work may involve behaviour, ADHD, SEMH and emotional regulation. Key responsibilities include:
- use routines and positive reinforcement
- help pupils return to learning
Experience: School behaviour, youth work, mentoring or alternative-provision experience is preferred.
Qualifications: Behaviour, education or youth-work training is desirable; QTS is not required.
You must be able to work in the UK and provide suitable references. Successful applicants need an enhanced child-workforce DBS on the Update Service or must be willing to complete a new application. All roles are subject to safeguarding and compliance checks.
