The school needs someone caring, resilient and confident working with pupils who may need communication support, sensory support, personal care or structured routines.
Responsibilities
- Supporting pupils with complex needs, ASD, PMLD or EHCP-linked needs.
- Helping pupils access learning and daily routines.
- Working closely with SEN teachers, therapists and support staff.
- Providing consistent, patient and reliable support.
Qualifications
- SEN, care, support work, school or youth work experience.
- Someone comfortable with practical support.
