We are working with a structured alternative provision in Enfield looking for a Behaviour Mentor who can handle challenge without escalating situations. Responsibilities:

  • Long‑term, consistent work rather than random day‑to‑day cover

Qualifications:

  • A calm, firm and reliable personality
  • Experience in schools, youth work, mentoring, PRU/AP or behaviour support
  • Someone who can de‑escalate, not inflame situations
  • Thick skin, patience and a professional mindset

Pay: £95 - £120 per day
