A specialist SEN setting in East Ham, Newham is looking for a Complex Needs Teaching Assistant to support pupils with complex additional needs. This is a hands‑on SEN role for someone confident supporting pupils with more complex needs. The role involves supporting pupils with complex needs, ASD, PMLD or EHCP‑linked needs; helping pupils access learning and daily routines; working closely with SEN teachers, therapists and support staff; providing consistent, patient and reliable support.
What we are looking for:
- SEN, care, support work, school or youth work experience
- Someone comfortable with practical support
- Patience, resilience and strong communication
- A person who can stay calm and consistent throughout the day
Pay: £95‑£120 per day
Location: East Ham, Newham (E6 1HZ)
