We are working with a structured secondary school in Tower Hamlets looking for a SEMH Teaching Assistant who can handle challenge without escalating situations. The school needs someone who can stay calm when pupils test boundaries. You will be supporting pupils who need clear boundaries, calm adults and consistent routines. The school is looking for someone who can build trust, manage behaviour professionally and work alongside experienced staff.
What the role involves:
- Supporting pupils with SEMH, behaviour needs and additional learning needs
