Complex Needs Teaching Assistant – Croydon
Senovo is building a shortlist for current and upcoming contract SEN assignments in Croydon from now through December 2026. Working pattern: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Pay: £105–£130 per day PAYE
Location: Croydon
Contract: Contract, school-based and on-site
The work may involve complex learning, physical and communication needs. Key responsibilities include:
- support personalised learning and communication
- assist with mobility or personal care when trained
- promote dignity and independence
Experience: Complex-needs school, care, health or support experience is required.
Qualifications: Moving and handling or communication training is advantageous; QTS is not required.
You must be able to work in the UK and provide suitable references. Successful applicants need an enhanced child-workforce DBS on the Update Service or must be willing to complete a new application. All roles are subject to safeguarding and compliance checks.
