What You’ll Be Doing:

Supervise lessons across a range of subjects and year groups in a vibrant secondary school environment

Deliver pre-prepared lessons and ensure students remain engaged and focused
-
Manage behaviour in line with school policies, promoting respect and a calm learning atmosphere
-
Support students with their learning, encouraging participation and resilience
-
Provide feedback to teaching staff on student engagement and behaviour during cover lessons
-
Step up when needed – from mentoring small groups to supporting with intervention and enrichment sessions
Requirements
Who We’re Looking For:

Graduates in Education, Psychology, English, Maths, Science, Humanities or related fields

Confident communicators with the presence to lead a classroom – teaching experience not required!

Flexible, reliable, and calm under pressure

Passionate about working with young people and making a positive impact on their education
-
Experience in a school, youth work, tutoring or coaching environment is a bonus (but not essential)

Willing to learn – full training and ongoing CPD provided
