A specialist SEN setting in Tottenham, Haringey is looking for a Complex Needs Teaching Assistant to support pupils with complex additional needs. This is a hands-on SEN role for someone confident supporting pupils with more complex needs. The school needs someone caring, resilient and confident working with pupils who may need communication support, sensory support, personal care or structured routines.

What the role involves:

  • Supporting pupils with complex needs, ASD, PMLD or EHCP-linked needs
  • Helping pupils access learning and daily routines
  • Working closely with SEN teachers, therapists and support staff
  • Providing consistent, patient and reliable support

  • Someone comfortable with practical support

  • A person who can stay calm and consistent throughout the day

Pay: £95 - £120 per day
