Senovo is recruiting a Complex Needs Teaching Assistant for a welcoming specialist school in Hammersmith and Fulham. You will support pupils with learning, communication and physical needs to participate safely and meaningfully throughout the school day.
What you will do
- Provide attentive classroom support matched to individual education and care plans.
- Assist with communication, mobility, personal care and accessible learning activities.
- Encourage choice, independence and positive interaction with peers and adults.
- Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists and care colleagues.
About you
- Experience supporting children or young people with complex additional needs.
- A compassionate, practical approach and commitment to dignity and safeguarding.
- QTS is not required for this support role.
Pay: £105–£142 per day PAYE. Contract: Full time. Location: Hammersmith and Fulham.
