A specialist SEN setting in East Ham, Newham is looking for a Complex Needs Teaching Assistant to support pupils with complex additional needs. This is a hands-on SEN role for someone confident supporting pupils with more complex needs.
The role involves:
- Supporting pupils with complex needs, ASD, PMLD or EHCP-linked needs
- Helping pupils access learning and daily routines
- Working closely with SEN teachers, therapists and support staff
- Providing consistent, patient and reliable support
