An established and forward-thinking autism support service is seeking enthusiastic, committed individuals to join its growing team of ABA Tutors. You will play a vital role in supporting children aged 2–6 with autism and developmental disabilities across a range of settings including the home, clinic, and early years environments. This is a full-time opportunity ideal for candidates passionate about early intervention, behaviour analysis, or educational psychology. The Role

  • You will work one-to-one with children using Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) principles to help build essential communication, social, and life skills.
  • Tutors follow individualised programmes designed to maximise independence, confidence, and daily functioning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver one-to-one ABA-based learning sessions in homes, schools, or centre settings.
  • Follow bespoke learning plans under the supervision of experienced consultants.
  • Implement structured behaviour support strategies.
  • Track data and support child development goals across multiple domains.
  • Work flexibly across locations as required.

What We’re Looking For

  • Passion for working with young children with autism or related developmental needs.

  • Willingness to undertake comprehensive training, including a 40-hour RBT course (provided).
  • Strong interest in behavioural science, SEN education, or early intervention.

  • NVQ Level 2 or above in Childcare or Health & Social Care.
  • Prior experience as an LSA, nursery nurse, or SEN support worker.
  • Psychology, education, or therapy graduates seeking practical experience.
