An established and forward-thinking autism support service is seeking enthusiastic, committed individuals to join its growing team of ABA Tutors. You will play a vital role in supporting children aged 2–6 with autism and developmental disabilities across a range of settings including the home, clinic, and early years environments. This is a full-time opportunity ideal for candidates passionate about early intervention, behaviour analysis, or educational psychology. The Role
- You will work one-to-one with children using Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) principles to help build essential communication, social, and life skills.
- Tutors follow individualised programmes designed to maximise independence, confidence, and daily functioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver one-to-one ABA-based learning sessions in homes, schools, or centre settings.
- Follow bespoke learning plans under the supervision of experienced consultants.
- Implement structured behaviour support strategies.
- Track data and support child development goals across multiple domains.
- Work flexibly across locations as required.
What We’re Looking For
- Passion for working with young children with autism or related developmental needs.
- Bright, energetic, and emotionally resilient individuals.
- Willingness to undertake comprehensive training, including a 40-hour RBT course (provided).
- Strong interest in behavioural science, SEN education, or early intervention.
- Commitment to safeguarding and safe working practices.

- NVQ Level 2 or above in Childcare or Health & Social Care.
- Prior experience as an LSA, nursery nurse, or SEN support worker.
- Psychology, education, or therapy graduates seeking practical experience.
