Position: Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant (long-term role starting September 2026) at a structured SEMH school in Wanstead, Redbridge.

Responsibilities
- Supporting pupils with SEMH, behaviour needs and additional learning needs
- Helping pupils stay regulated and engaged in learning
- Working with teachers, pastoral staff and behaviour leads
- Providing long-term, consistent support rather than short-term cover
Requirements / Qualifications
- A calm, firm and reliable personality
- Experience in schools, youth work, mentoring, PRU/AP or behaviour support
- Ability to de-escalate and avoid inflaming situations
Pay: £95 - £115 per day
