We are working with a structured SEMH school in Mitcham, Merton looking for a Behaviour Support TA who can handle challenge without escalating situations. This is not a passive classroom support role. This is a long-term role starting in September 2026, with strong potential to continue across the academic year.

You will be supporting pupils who need clear boundaries, calm adults and consistent routines. The school is looking for someone who can build trust, manage behaviour professionally and work alongside experienced staff.
