We are looking for an experienced Appian Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise Appian solutions for digital transformation projects.
Location: London - 2 days from the office
Inside - IR35
Candidate must be able to start within 2 weeks
Key Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable Appian-based solutions
- Translate business requirements into technical designs and process models
- Develop Appian applications, integrations, and workflows
- Provide technical leadership and mentor development teams
- Ensure best practices for performance, security, and code quality
- Collaborate with business, project, and QA teams throughout delivery
Requirements
- 5+ years of Appian development experience, including 2+ years in a Lead or Architect role
- Strong knowledge of Appian BPM, SAIL, process modeling, and Appian best practices
- Experience with integrations (REST, SOAP, RDBMS)
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Appian Certified Lead Designer or Architect certification is highly desirable
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
