Speech and Language Therapy Assistant – RedbridgeHelp pupils develop functional communication and classroom participation by delivering structured programmes under the guidance of qualified therapists.
What you will do
- Deliver planned individual and small-group communication activities.
- Prepare visual resources and model agreed language strategies.
- Record responses accurately and contribute to progress reviews.
- Work closely with therapists, teachers and families within professional boundaries.
What you will bring
- Relevant speech-and-language, communication, classroom or SEND experience.
- Clear communication, accurate record-keeping and patient support.
- Confidence following therapy guidance and safeguarding procedures.
- QTS is not required for this therapy-assistant role.
Contract: Full-time temporaryPay: £115–£155 per day PAYERight-to-work, references and enhanced child-workforce DBS checks apply.
