Senovo is recruiting an SEN Cover Supervisor for a welcoming specialist school in Newham. The role offers varied classroom experience and the chance to keep learning purposeful and well organised across the school day.
The role
- Supervise classes and deliver prepared learning activities during staff absence.
- Maintain clear routines, positive behaviour and safe classroom practice.
- Adapt delivery within agreed plans to support pupils’ communication and learning needs.
- Record relevant feedback and work closely with teaching and pastoral teams.
- QTS is not required for this support role.
About you
- Experience leading groups in SEN education, mainstream education, youth work or a similar setting is preferred.
- You are confident, organised and able to build positive professional relationships.
- You respond calmly to changing needs and follow school procedures consistently.
Pay: £110 - £140 per day PAYE.
Contract: Full time.
Location: Newham.
